“During Covid, we had to do something creative to keep our spirits up,” says pianist Keith Floen. “Not knowing where things were going, we decided to go for broke and do our dream album,” he added.

The Canadian folk group expanded from its quartet for the album, which includes guest musicians Ryan Davidson (Gord Bamford band), Paul Chapman (Jason McCoy, Lace, Beverley Mahood), Chris Byrne (The Road Hammers) and Corbett Frasz( former Road Hammer band member).

The result is a slightly “rockier” feel for this southern Alberta folk band, but their trademark three-part harmonies are still front and centre. A fresh remix of Alberta Blue is also included on the album to coincide with the release of the Children's picture book "Alberta Blue - A prairie sky lullaby."
